Can you guess who is proposing this? Yes, it's the Republicans! Shouldn't TV manufacturers be kicking in here - or offering low cost or free alternatives?

Thanks for finding the links, *Rob. They're both AP articles but I couldn't find them immediately yesterday when I posted this.
In theory, heating aid will be added to an upcoming bill, which may or may not come up in Congress. Someday. I wonder when? Boy, it's a little chilly here in the northeast today, huh? We could get our first frost early next week...
