Jay over at Lassiter Space (and my co-blogger at Bluejersey) will be conducting an interview with Kirk Bloodsworth, who is the first American to be removed from death row based on DNA evidence. Our Fair State currently has a moratoriam on the death penalty, and we have not executed anyone in 43 years.
