Well, duh.

Corzine's motorcade told to cut speed:

A panel that studied Gov. Jon Corzine's State Police protection detail after he was gravely injured in a motor vehicle accident said yesterday the motorcade should not drive at excessive speeds or use emergency lights unless there is a specific threat.

No kidding!

Wow! Did they reanimate Einstein for that panel? I wonder how much money the taxpayers spent for that panel to figure out that the motorcade shouldn't have been speeding?

Next, the NJ panel, appointed by the state assembly to discover how to prevent flooding in low-lying regions concludes that less water would solve the problem. Oh, and the ground should be higher.

I don't often pull out the "duh". This seemed appropriate.
